N323 Driver (HGV) - Role Profile

Driver (HGV) for Street Scene and Waste Services working within Waste Disposal Based at Chelson Meadow's Household Waste Recycling Centre (HWRC)

37 hours per week, 08:00 - 18:00 Working a 4 day on 4 day off shift pattern.

It is essential that you have:-

A full HGV/LGV Driving Licence / CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence)

Knowledge of Road Traffic Legislation
Knowledge of health and safety legislation

Understanding of customer standards in a public service

Experience working in a front line service customer facing role delivering high standards of customer care

Experience of labouring work or heavy manual work
Experience of health and safety in an operational environment
Experience of driving vehicles over 7.5T
