Part museum, gallery and archive, and a social space for art, people and objects. Through our blend of historic collections and contemporary exhibitions, we support people to be creative and curious about the world around them, reimagining the future through the past.
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to work within the Operations Team who can motivate a team to achieve its targets by coaching colleagues and through inspirational leadership. You will be able to maintain a dynamic high-quality visitor focussed experience, and line manage and support team members to generate income from retail, membership, and donations. You will be involved in behind-the-scenes operations, including facilities management, administration, and organisational development. You will also be supporting other departments within The Box to deliver their services, including events and exhibition changes. You will be used to working in a dynamic environment and will be a pragmatic problem solver with a can-do attitude.
