Youth Hub Coordinator Role Profile
The Skills Launchpad Plymouth Youth Hub supports 16 to 24-year-olds to engage in opportunities for skills, training, education, careers and jobs in Plymouth, and to help us expand our face-to-face delivery to five days a week, we are recruiting a second Youth Hub Coordinator.
We are seeking a proactive and motivated individual with a genuine passion for helping young people thrive.
The ideal candidate will have:
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with young people, partners, and stakeholders
• experience or awareness of post-16 opportunities in Plymouth, with a commitment to supporting youth employment and employability skills
• strong administrative skills, including experience in tracking progress, developing case studies, and completing skills action plans.
This role is funded for 12 months for 2.5 days a week, offering a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by working closely with the existing team and local partners.
The Youth Hub Coordinator will:
• support young people to access training, education, employment, and career opportunities
• track and monitor individual progress and outcomes, ensuring continued engagement and success
• collaborate with key partners and service providers to deliver high-quality support
