N1782 - Quality Lead (Connect to Work) - Role Profile
Plymouth City Council is seeking a passionate and detail-focused Quality Lead to champion best practice in supported employment services.
In this key role, you’ll drive service excellence by embedding both the Individual Placement Support (IPS) model and the Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF) across our new Connect to Work programme. Your leadership will ensure high-quality, person-centred support that delivers real outcomes for our residents. You will take part in hands-on quality assurance including dip-sampling and analysis of data as well as conducting interviews and analysing outcomes.
This role is base in the vibrant, coastal city of Plymouth where you will work as part of an ambitious and supportive team making a real difference to local people. Help shape the future of employment support in a city that truly cares.
