 37 hours per week

Starting salary Grade H £38,223 per annum

 

Starting salary Grade I £43,421 per annum

 

 Plymouth City Council’s Net Zero Delivery team is looking for two self-motivated and highly organised individuals to help us deliver low carbon infrastructure within its buildings. We are looking for candidates that have:

 

·            Extensive knowledge of energy efficiency and low carbon technologies.

·            A track record of delivering projects.

 

The responsibilities of the role include:

 

•    Delivering low carbon energy projects across the Council’s property, including building retrofit (e.g. LED lighting, heat pumps and building fabric upgrades) and renewables (e.g. solar PV and solar thermal).

•    Facilitating partnerships with contractors and consultants to deliver these projects.

•    Meeting the needs and expectations of building occupants throughout the works.

•    Overseeing and reporting on the energy efficiency of the Council’s property, including the management of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).

 

You will work within the Council’s Net Zero Delivery Team, which is responsible for delivering projects to radically reduce greenhouse gas emissions across Plymouth.
