Business Support Officer Role Profile
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within in the Revenues, Benefits and Financial Transactions Service as a Business Support Officer.
We are looking for applications from enthusiastic individuals who have the drive, passion, energy and commitment to support the delivery of a high performing service over a range of access channels.
The successful applicant will be able to work at a fast pace and be required to make decisions within current legislation boundaries and guidance. You must demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and must have the ability to work as part of a team.
The role will be fast paced, challenging and will give you the opportunity to play an integral part in delivering customer services.
This role is suitable for
flexible working subject to the needs of the service.
