The Chief Executive Office is looking for a Support Assistant to join the Cabinet Office Support Team. You will carry out a wide range of administrative duties this will include the delivery and preparation of meetings and events, booking travel and accommodation and supporting the elected members with their resident and ward casework.
Your experience will include working in a busy office environment as part of a team, providing project support and carrying out research under direction. You will need to be creative, be good at problem-solving, have good communication skills, excellent keyboard skills and be confident in the use of outlook to set up meetings and monitor multiple mailboxes.
The successful candidate must have experience of working in a customer environment,committed to providing a high standard of customer service and have the ability to prioritise conflicting demands and work flexibly.
This post requires the applicant to hold GCSE (A*- C)/ (9-4) in Maths & English or equivalent, or NVQ level 2 in Business Administration.
