Due to internal promotion, we are looking for a Senior Economic Development Officer to support our key businesses and main economic sectors, ultimately with a view to retaining/increasing inward investment in Plymouth (see www.investplymouth.co.uk ), delivering projects which drive good economic growth and well paid jobs.

 

This is a varied and demanding role where no two days will be the same and you will be liaising with senior stakeholders across the City and further afield. It is an ideal opportunity to grow your understanding of the exciting economic development taking place currently and be at the heart of transformational projects which are creating the next generation of high value sustainable jobs.

 

Please note that this role relates to the Innovation and Business Relationships element of the job description.

 

This role is not suitable for flexible working due to the needs of the service.
