You will be responsible for ensuring that cases are handled in an effective, professional and timely manner, to meet Statutory deadlines and Key Performance Indicators, in turn contributing to an extensive network of educational support within the City.
The role encompasses the timely receipt, coordination and collation of all advice in relation to the statutory assessment process and compilation of an Education, Health and Care Plan.
These are just some of the elements required to undertake the role of caseworker and should you be interested in applying, we encourage you to read the Role Profile.
