Lawyer - Role Profile

For this role you will need to be an enthusiastic Solicitor, Barrister or FILEX with significant experience of public law child care work and associated social care advice whether in the public sector or private sector. You will have experience of advocacy in contested final hearings in the Family Courts and the ability to provide advice on complex child protection matters by telephone or at meetings without prior knowledge of the facts. You will have the ability to inspire confidence in clients and the courts.. You will also need excellent communication and drafting skills together with a flexible and positive approach and an ability to work under pressure.
