Community Connections Operational Manager - Role Profile

Community Connections is a multi-disciplinary service delivering Housing, Community Safety,Community Youth Services Neighbourhood Regeneration. Our offer is across localities, working with and in communities, creating a relationship with citizens to encourage, support and empower engagement with Community Connections and our partners towards sustainable change.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for making a difference. In this Operational Manager role you will be responsible for the management of operational staff delivering across different areas including Housing Improvement, Disabled Facilities Grants and Community Safety as well as supporting the other Operational Managers and Strategic Managers to deliver and develop the work of Community Connections.

You will need good knowledge of legislation, policy and government initiatives relating to one or more of the following: Housing and Homelessness, Crime and Anti-Social Behaviour, Community Engagement You will need to be a strong leader with a developed skill set of multi-disciplinary working and a proven track record of working in partnerships.
