Oceansgate, formally known as South Yard is Plymouth’s flagship regeneration project which will ultimately create many highly skilled jobs.
 
Oceansgate is a marine business park adjacent to Devonport Naval Dockyard and Princess Yachts.

Phases 1 of the project is complete, with Phase 2 to be complete in February 2021. It includes offices and light industrial units.

We are now seeking a coordinator to help us develop the sites future phases.

Phase 3 offers the development of docks, jetties, land, office and industrial space with access to deep water. Providing marine occupiers with an excellent environment to invest and grow.

This job will take a leading role in independently delivering aspects of the Oceansgate Programme without reference to senior colleagues including marketing, business support, project management and responding to the requirement of funders including The European Regional Development Fund and the Heart of the South West Local Enterprise as well as coordinating programme management arrangements.

The role will also support and promote Plymouths marine sector as an entity.
