We are seeking a compassionate individual to join the Bereavement Service as an NVQ 2 Business Administration Apprentice.  

This role provides an opportunity to develop invaluable skills that will be transferable throughout your working life, building on your existing communication, organisational and administration skills. The apprentice role will be responsible for carrying out generic administration duties alongside other full time Bereavement Service staff. These duties will include but are not limited to: answering telephone calls, responding to emails, scanning and printing documents and the inputting of data.  

In order to undertake this role it is essential that you have the following:
- 2 GCSE's A* - C in English and Mathematics or equivalent
- Experience of working in a team
- Good communication skills
- an understanding of working in a compassionate environment
- knowledge of using PC applications to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
