Do you want to work for a Planning Authority that has an outstanding record of achievement?

Plymouth City Council are looking for a pro-active Planning Officer to join our Development Management Team.

The post holder will be based within an Area Planning Team and act as case officer for mainly householder and minor planning applications, as well as dealing with other work related to the delivery of developments.  

You will need an appropriate qualification in Town Planning or a related discipline, or be studying towards or have a willingness to study towards this.  

Membership, or eligibility for membership, of the RTPI or an appropriate professional institute is desirable.
