Plymouth City Council are looking to recruit an experienced family support worker to the Family Intervention Project within Targeted Support Service of Children’s Services.

 

The Family Intervention Project are a dynamic team who work both creatively and flexibly to manage the needs of children and their families alongside colleagues in the Children, Young People and Families Services.

 

To apply for this role you must be able to demonstrate good experience of successfully delivering a range of high quality outcome focused interventions with our most vulnerable families to help them to achieve and maintain excellent outcomes, enabling them to thrive.

 

This service is dynamic with a strong commitment to delivering an excellent child focused,strength based approach. The role of the Family Support Worker is an integrated part of Plymouth City Council’s overall strategy to protect and safeguard the children of Plymouth.

 

You will be professionally well supported, with regular support and supervision.
