Minute Taker - Role Profile

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with excellent organisational skills to support the Quality Assurance and Safeguarding Team within Children, Young People and Families Services.

In order to undertake this role, it’s essential that you have the following:

· Up to date knowledge and experience of Microsoft office packages.
· RSA II or equivalent in word processing/typing and demonstrable ability to 45WPM.
· GCSE (grade A*-C) or equivalent in maths and English.
· Knowledge of correct grammar, spelling and punctuation.
· Understanding of information security and data protection.
· Understanding of the nature of work within Children, Young People and Families service.

The right candidate will also need to demonstrate the following:

· Experience of working in a clerical or administrative environment.
· Up to date knowledge and experience of Microsoft office packages.
· Experience of working in a team.
· Working in a customer facing environment.
· The willingness to learn and operate CareFirst.
