Digital Communication Engagement Advisor - Role profile

This is an exciting new role in our busy corporate communications team, which sits at the heart of the organisation.

We are looking for a proactive and creative communicator who is passionate about exploring opportunities to maximise engagement on digital channels.

You will be responsible for:
  • Advising colleagues on maximising reach and engagement on all digital channels. 
  • Creating dynamic and engaging content on a wide range of topics and helping maximise the impact of our communications campaigns 
  • Monitoring our social media channels and providing analysis to help improve their effectiveness
  • Championing the authority’s brand across all digital channels.
  • Developing ways of maximising the reach of our digital newsletters and online marketing 
  • Creating engaging online content.
You will have with a strong track record in social and digital media, be unfazed by tight deadlines and skilled in tailoring content for a wide range of channels and audiences.

This role is not suitable for flexible working due to the needs of the service.
