Senior PIAS Support Co-ordinator Role Profile

 

PIAS (Plymouth Information Advice and Support for SEND) provides information, advice and support to families around SEND, including the delivery of city wide parenting programmes.

 

We are looking for a Senior PIAS Support Co-coordinator to join the team.

 

The role provides the Coordination of the City wide parenting programme and the effective management of Parenting Programme facilitators This is an exciting time to join the team as the City moves towards the development of Family Hubs.

 

The post holder will play a key part in shaping the future delivery of PIAS parenting, ensuring that there is a focus on SEND in the parenting offer and working closely with partners across the City.

 

We are looking for a person with excellent communication skills, knowledge and recent experience of delivery of parenting programmes and experiencing of supervising and developing staff.

 

The post is based at the Jan Cutting Healthy Living Centre and will include both face to face and virtual working.
